Interested in learning more about Great River Shakespeare Festival’s 2013 productions Henry V and Twelfth Night?  Join us at our workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to do just that.  GRSF artistic and administrative staff will discuss the stories’ historical context, the process of producing a play by the Bard, and their company’s unique approach to these two pieces.

The workshop will encompass both plays for the season, Henry V and Twelfth Night, spending about half of the hour-long session on each play.

GRSF staff members will focus on the stories and contexts of the plays, as well as the process of producing Shakespeare plays and their company’s approach to Shakespeare and theatre as a whole.

Topics of discussion may include thematic elements, design process, rehearsal processes for classic plays, and will certainly address the specific concepts of the season’s plays.

Participants will have plenty of time to ask questions about the plays, the season, and the company.

Online Registration will be available beginning Friday, March 8, 2013.
Walk in Registration will be available beginning Wednesday, March 13, 2013.

Recreation Supervisors ($8.00 per hour): Camp Leaders, Baseball / Softball Coaches, Lake Lodge Recreation Facility Supervisors, and East Recreation Center Supervisors.  All Recreation Supervisors once hired are trained to work in any of the above positions.

Aquatic Staff: Lifeguards ($8.10 per hour), Water Safety Instructors ($9.10 per hour), and Concession Stand and Facility Clerks ($8.00 per hour).

Hours for all of the positions can range from 1 hour per week to 38 hours per week.  We operate on a set schedule, which allows for a predictable pattern over the summer, but does require a number of subs to fill in for vacations and schedule conflicts.
