City’s Citizens Environmental Quality Committee Seeks Community Input

The Citizens Environmental Quality Committee (CEQC) will begin their next meetings on Thursday Oct. 4 and Thursday November 1st with a presentation on their proposed goals and organization. The CEQC welcomes community input, including residents, businesses and other organizations.

The meeting will begin at 4:30 pm in the City Hall Misato Room. Those unable to attend are welcome to submit comments or input to the City Staff liaison, John Howard, at [email protected] or 507-457-8273.

Attached are the CEQC’s proposed goals, an organizational flow chart and a proposed ordinance change that would reformulate the CEQC as a commission, rather than a sub-committee of the Planning Commission.
