Job Summary/Description

This clerical office position performs clerical and receptionist work such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to callers.

Job Requirements


  • One year of technical training with one year of experience; or
  • High school diploma with two years of equivalent experience


  • Associate’s degree with focus on administrative support
  • Two years of office administration support experience
  • Data entry and bookkeeping skills or training
  • Microsoft Certified Professional certificate or similar training.
