City of Winona 2022 Licenses for Dogs and Cats are Now Due
All dogs and cats that are six months or older are to be licensed.
Licenses Fee: $15 per pet (valid 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2022)
To get a pet license, you will need to submit the completed Pet License Form, payment, and proof of rabies vaccination for each pet.
Please bring the required documents along with payment to the following address on the first floor of City Hall:

No license will be issued without verification of current rabies shot.
