The Joint Airport Zoning Board consists of six members who serve two year terms.
The Joint Airport Zoning Board was created by the City and County in 1946 when the municipal airport was being built. The City of Goodview was added to the board in 1977. The purpose of the board is to adopt and amend airport zoning regulations on the height of structures and trees and the use of property in the vicinity of the Winona Municipal Airport.
