The Bandshell was constructed in the beginning of the 20th Century and hosts weekly municipal band concerts during the summer. The Bandshell is located on East Lake Winona and offers seating for over 500 people. Electricity, lights, and drinking fountain are on-site and is adjacent to the new all-inclusive accessible playground, portable toilets, and Veteran's Park.
The Bandshell can be reserved for all types of events including concerts, weddings, races, and awards ceremonies. Access to electricity and portable toilets are included in the rental fee. For larger events needing special accommodations such as closing parking lots and streets or retail, food and beverage sales, council approval is needed with a request through the City Clerk's office at City Hall. Your rental guarantees you access to the Bandshell so no other event will occur at the same time. The parking lot and park area surrounding still remain open to the public.
Rental Fees are $191 for a full-day rental (8am-10pm). Club & Non-Profit rates are $33/hour.
Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation. A $100 damage/maintenance deposit will be due in the form of check or cash the day prior to the rental, or Friday for weekend rentals.
