The vendor needs to submit their Personnel/HR Officer contact information with the proposal, and a copy of the plan would be submitted when the contract is signed or upon request.
The shelters are currently being stored at 2nd Shift Repair, 27173 County Road 12, Winona. The vendor may utilize a portion of the parking lot at the easterly side of the city’s Central Garage, 1104 West Third Street, during the contract period.
Currently in several large crates, but each shelter is not individually packaged.
Contractor will need to load.
Instructions were provided at the end of the specs and plans. If additional information is needed, city will assist in getting this from the vendor.

The engineer confirmed that the thickened edge for the concrete should be to a depth of 24” (under the 6” slab). Also, a foundation wall and footing are not required.
