The City of Winona will hold its annual public meeting regarding the City’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as part of the Monday December 16th City Council meeting. Request for Proposal for Arts and Culture Strategic Plan

The City of Winona is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with experience in cultural planning to provide professional services to develop an Arts and Culture Strategic Plan. Deer Feeding Ban for Winona County

A deer feeding ban is in effect for Winona County to help prevent the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) in deer. The ban is being implemented by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources following the discovery of five cases of CWD in deer in Fillmore County.
