Signage & Streetscape Plans

In 2015, the City adopted the document below to guide the design and placement of lighting and streetscape elements (e.g. benches, trash receptacles, lighting) in downtown Winona.  It was created through a partnership with the Winona Main Street program.  Over time, the document is intended to help create a more cohesive streetscape for downtown.
